Well since i had a bad childhood and being seperated from loved ones and not being able to grow up and know my brothers and sisters a few i have still to find i was depressed and cried alot and that followed me into adulthood and i still have bouts with depression on a regular basic so i have had more cry time in but it does make me appreciate the times that do make me smile way more..and cherish them to look back on when i am depressed...

Probably equal amounts of both. What I'm glad I haven't had much of though is scowling and being angry.

I would have to say that I've smiled more then cried in my life. Smiling is good for the soul.
