Or do you use slippers, or go barefoot?
Here at home, we use slippers. I'm not really comfortable being barefoot because the floor is cold, and dirt sticks to my feet. We don't use shoes indoors too, because we're bringing dirt inside our house, and it's too warm for the feet. They can't really relax much.
How about you?

Occasionally I might keep my shoes on when I come in the house, but they don't stay on very long. I keep my shoes on when I go to my mother's though.
I need to wear slippers (my father's loafers) because my darn kids are always spilling juice on the floor or dropping granola bar crumbs. They stick to my socks and that drives me crazy. So I keep my feet covered. Besides I get cold easily.

Hi!We use to wear our shoes sometimes(forgetting,ha,ha)in the house but do not now because we put hardwood flooring all throughout our home and its very easy to dirty and get dust on it,plus its me who cleans and i made the rule for no shoes on the floor thing, lol.I usually wear slippers,my boyfriend is always in his socks and our daughter never wears anything on her feet, lol.:)

No. i take my shoes off because they were used outdoors so they are dirty now. As i take my shoes off, i now going to wear slippers that will only be used inside the house. :D this will keep the house clean =D Well, that's more relaxing to the feet than wearing those shoes the whole day, right?

I don’t because once I will my mother would scold me forever. She’s very meticulous when it comes to dirt. She doesn’t want any dirt on the floor. So we prefer using those rubber slippers, we feel comfortable with slippers on than barefoot. My father is used of going barefoot because he likes the floor because it’s tiled so it’s cold. I sometimes do go barefoot too.

Oh, our visitors are the ones willing to leave their shoes by the door. It is actually us who have to persuade them to just bring them in.
I think this is the custom here where I live. Even I, if I visit someone else's house, it would just be polite to leave the shoes outside.

I always go barefooted in the house.
After all, the place is clean so why not? :P
It is only when I go out that I put on shoes. =)

I really feel to throw of my shoes or sandals the moment I step into my house. Being in those shoes for the whole day in the office is uncomforatble for me sometimes.
There are other things to it. Being an Indian too in most of our cultures wearing shoes or slippers inside our homes is not right. In our family right from our forefathers, we remove our shoes outside our house and wash our feet first before entering the house. It is believed that its not only the dirt that it is brought inside but also the negative energy along with it. When we are out we go at different places and hence by the end of the day when we come home our shoes carry all that dirt and the negative energy.
Also as far as the hygiene is concerned I think its better to keep our shoes outside as it would bring in all that dirt with it.And offcourse it gives me a great relief when I am bare foot at home.

In Finland, people wear socks inside the house, even when you visit someone else's house, you take off the shoes and wear the socks. It's mostly 'coz it's cold most of the time here, so you need socks. ;-D

As soon as I get home, my shoes and socks come off. I love being barefoot. It is comfortable and freeing.

We wear shoes from outside to inside our home but we weill immediately change it to our home slipper to rest our feet and of course to avoid too much dirt inside the house.

Once I cross the threshhold of my home, I kick off my shoes...always! I prefer to go barefoot, but sometimes the weather won't allow that, so I am forced to wear socks for warmth. Otherwise I would be barefoot and care free.

Sometimes, I wear slippers inside the house, other times I tend to go barefoot. But, most of the time I wear my slippers. We do not wear shoes indoors as well. We remove our shoes when we are at the door and bring them in with our hands and into shoe racks or shoe cabinet where we store our shoes.
