I love M*A*S*H, since I was a kid. Even as an adult, I watch the reruns whenever they're on. I've even been known to catch all 4 episodes on Hallmark in the afternoon and then catch the couple of episodes on TV Land or on a local channel. It's such a great show and it's never gotten stale for me, no matter how many times I've seen one episode. So what are your favorite 5 episodes? I think my favorites would have to be: -the episode with the party back home that BJ's wife organizes -the time capsule episode -the episode where Margaret and the nurses butt heads and one spends the night in her tent with her husband who is supposedly quarantined -the episode where Trapper is trying to adopt a Korean boy -the episode with General Steele (played by Harry Morgan)

OH man, I was so young when I watched MASH. I can't remember any episodes. I liked watching Bj and Hawkeye play cards in their tent and tick off Frank all the time. I always liked Radar O'reilly. I HATED the episode where BJ gets killed on his way home, or something. Wasn't that an episode? i can remember bits and pieces I thought were funny, but I haven't watched the show in ages. OH, and I hate the ones where hawkeye cries. :P

It's Henry who gets killed on the way home. That one makes me cry every time.

five favorites? dont know if i can choose just five. I love the episode where hawkeye takes all those extra tongue depressors and uses them as symbols of those who have come and gone. And he makes that giant whatever it is. I love the dream episode where theyre all sleep deprived and have crazy wild dreams. I also love the episode where Trapper tries to adopt a korean boy. As well as the episode where bjs wife sets up the reunion. I love the episode where hawkeye and hotlips get stuck together when the jeep breaks down and they end up "together" until mageret asks hawkeye what they should tell donald. I Just love all MASH episodes I really dont know how I could choose just a few I could sit here all day and write about all my "favorite" episodes.

I have episodes that were fun to see like the one where Hawkeye has to stay in his tent because he hit Frank, the Tuttle episode, when Winchester and Klinger both get their hearts broken, but my all time favorite is the Mt Darling Clementine episode.

They are all great episodes. It is going to be hard to narrow it down to 5. Especially when some have already named some of my favorites! Let's see...How about the one where Donald comes to visit Margaret and they're holding the MASH olympics? The one where they built the concrete floor in the Operating room was a good one. The one where the Greek soldiers are in the hospital and they offer the 4077th the lamb...only Radar steals it and transfers it out of camp as "Private Charles Lamb" How about the episode that Mrs. Potter pays off the house in Missouri early and sends the letter to Hawk and BJ about it. Col. Potter thinks she's buying a houseboat and is ready to divorce her because he doesn't want to move to Florida! I guess my favorite would have to be the last one though. I cry every single time, and I've seen it a dozen at least. My favorite parts are when Klinger, who has spent years trying to get home decided to stay so they can find Sun Lee's parents. And when it is finally revealed that Charles (who was probably my favorite character) has learned to care about someone when the teenaged Korean Musicians get killed.

I don't know the names but the events are what I remember Major Burns driving a Tank "M" stands for Mobile, Frank Burns in charge of the 4077 Major Burns gets had by North Koreans (too bad they don't take him =P) Drunken Hotlips Promotion Day (Klinger becomes a Sgt. All the other men fail the simple questions)

I can't think of 5 episodes right now. However one of my favorites involves Hawkeyese & Nurse Kellye. The one where she gets ticked off because he won't slow danse whith her. He watches her comfort a dying soldier. At the end of the show he askes her to slow dance & the dance cheek to cheek. I think that this may be my favorite episode.

I am one of those die hard fan of M*A*S*H... I was like, a 12 years old kid when I first saw it on TV, and now I have done some research and I actually watched each and every one of the 251 episodes twice, soon going for the thrice... I even created a little fanblog where I put some interesting information when my schedule allows me to. Well, here are my favourite 5 apisodes: 1. First would be, "Dear Dad", first season, episode 12, when hawkeye writes to his father telling the story of the old 4077'th. 2. "Captain Tuttle", first season, episode 16 if I remember corectly, When Hawkeye and Trapper invent a captain to justify donations to Sister Theresa's Orphenage 3. "Sometime you hear the bullet", season one also, when Hawkeye looses his best friend in the OR 4. "Adams Ribbs", episode 11, season 3 when Hawkeye orders some ribbs from Chicago 5. Thsi is my alltime favourite: "Goodbye, Farewell and Amen", episode 16, season 11, the very last one of the show, a two hour show that still holds the worlds largest audience record, to this day. There are two things that impressed me: Major Winchester's will to teach Koreean prisoners how to sing Mozzart (Wuintet for Clarinet and strings), and the "Goodbye" message BJ left for Hawkeye, the "Goodbye" message the crew gave to the audience. A very touching episode...
