Every once in awhile I feel like having a glass of milk with whatever I'm eating and it's usually a sandwich or chocolate. Did you ever notice how great milk tastes with chocolate? I always wonder why that is. I don't like putting flavoring in my milk like chocolate or strawberry and have noticed a lot of other flavorings coming into being on the grocery store shelves.
Have you ever done a search on milk? lol...you would not believe how many sites there are either in favor of it or totally against it. I'm waiting for the day when the FDA or the Surgeon General tells us that it's not good for us. There are a lot of people who can't drink it because of allergies and I do feel bad for them. What do they do when they eat chocolate cake? I think their missing something.
Are you a milk drinker? How often do you have a nice big cold glass of milk? If you don't drink it is it because of allergies or you just don't like it? If you don't what do you drink when you have something chocolate????

Hi, recently, I am always drinking milk every morning or even at night before going to bed, but now I like chocolate with milk. I like the taste of chocolates. Every morning, I drink a cup of hot chocolate because it really gives me energy, though milk also do.
Have a nice day and God speed!

I'm real weird about milk. I only drink 2%. Whole Milk makes me sick. I can't even eat things that were made with whole milk. and I just think 1% and skim are too watery and gross. blech.
I don't really ever drink a glass of milk and I hate chocolate and/or strawberry or any flavor for that matter milk. a milkshake is different. I'll drink milk in cereal or you know.. cooked in food. I HATE warm milk, so my hot chocolate is totally powder and water.
It's very rare when I just drink a glass of milk. I rarely even drink the leftover milk from my cereal bowl and I don't eat cereal every day. just a few times a week. maybe 3 times.

Only for health reasons I use 2% milk also. I don't like it in my tea or coffee but since it's better for me I use it. As for hot chocolate I usually use the water method and add whole milk to it.

So you drink water and milk in hot chocolate? Hrm.
Yeah I just can not drink whole milk at all! It makes me so horribly sick. I don't really know why. Well I had a bad experience with it once and from then on I was never able to drink it again without getting sick.

I don't drink milk as much anymore. I do drink soya milk sometimes too. I do however sometimes have a glass of milk with a peanut butter and jam sandwich (on white LOL) and it is so yummy. Also cookies. The kids drink lots of milk and we always need lots in the house. I am doing a bzz for bzzagent on Nesquick 1/3 less sugar chocolate syrup right now so I have lots of it and the kids love it. I rarely ever pick up syrup so it is a great treat for them.

Newquick has always been the best thing for kids. I used to give it to my kids when they were young and that was MANY years ago.

I love both milk and chocolate but I tried to put the chocolate in the milk. That's wonderful. My mother told me I didn't drink milk when I was young and I would spit them out.So for a long time she didnt feed me milk .I cant remember all of these and now I like drinking milk.By the way it is not healthy to drink milk before you eat nothing in the morning.

I have heard that drinking milk on an empty stomach isn't good for us. I could never figure out why and have to check on that.

When it comes to people who are allergic toward milk, here in Finland they have a range of allergy-friendly milk he he he...I haven't tasted it, though, 'coz I'm not allergic to milk. ;-D

I also love hot chocolate but only in the winter. I have heard of allergy friendly milk and think it's great that someone thought to do that.

once in awhile i do
but i know.
Milk forms an important component of our daily balanced diet. It serves as an excellent source of calcium that makes our bones and teeth strong. It would be appropriate to comment that it is practically impossible to meet body calcium requirements, without the consumption of milk and other dairy products.
Not only is milk a fabulous source of calcium, but also it provides the body with high quality proteins that contain the essential amino acids, which the body is incapable of producing by itself. Well, the versatility of milk is not yet over. Milk also helps in meeting the body's requirement for vitamins. One glass of milk contributes about 44% to our daily-recommended vitamins intake. So, make it a part of your routine to drink milk everyday, so as to promote your health fitness.

Hello!
It is already a habit of mine to drink milk may it be cold or hot depending on my mood. Before I go to sleep I would have a mug of hot milk, sometimes mix it up with chocolate powder, it actually helps me go to sleep at night. In the morning, I would have a glass of cold milk instead of coffee. I love drinking those flavoured milk, love the chocolate one, the strawberry one and lastly the vanilla one. Fomr time to time I buy those milk in tetra pack and drink them while watching tv or when i'm in front of my pc. I love milk. I'm just thankful that i'm not allergic to it. *smile*
ciao! c",)

It may be good for our health but if it makes you sick it's smart to stay away from it. At least you get it in your cereal.

I can't drink milk. I can only have very small amounts of any dariy food. It doesn't bother me when it's in cake and stuff like that. Sometimes I can get away with eating cereal. But usually I don't. I always tell my daughter to drink her milk. And she asks me "Mommy why don't you drink your milk." Because it makes me sick sweetie" and I bet you can predect what she says next "Milk makes me sick too, mommy." and the funny thing is, a year ago I couldn't get her to drink anything but milk.

I like to drink a nice, big, cold, glass of milk while I'm watching the movie and eating chocolate. I prefer llama milk, but I will drink cow's milk. I'm not that picky about milk...only about movies.

I absolutely hate milk. The smell, the taste, the thickness of it, everythign about it is gross. Yet, my son and husband adore milk. We go through roughly 3 gallons a week. Before I got married unless I was baking I didn't buy milk regularly. I could buy a pint of milk and would throw out more than half because it spoiled. Funny, I married a man who drinks milk like water.
What do I drink when I have chocolate or anything sweet? I tend to drink water. I love water. I can drink almost a gallon a day of water. I like bottled bottle water best. I like sparkling waters and flat waters. I adore water. It is the only thing that truly quenches my thirst. I don't get what some people think is so great about milk. I personally think milk is for little children and cats.

I am not a milk drinker, I hate the taste of milk alone. Every once in a blue moon I want a glass of chocolate milk, but it has to be ice cold. If I have cookies, I dunk them in the milk, but don't drink it. I have always been this way as far back as I can remember. I only use a little on my cereal, too, just enough to wet the cereal basically. I am glad that my son is a good milk drinker, because I definitely am not.

Also I'd like to add an advantage of milk. sometimes i use it to make facial mask, it really works ,it makes your skin white and smooth. in anciant time queens used it to have a bath, so luxury...so dont throw away it when it is overdue.
