Is it warm milk? Taking a bath before going to bed? Is it doing an exercise? Well, an insomniac would really appreciate your response.

I was watching this morning show a few weeks ago, and accodring to Vicki bello, a known beauty expert in the Philippines, a nice warm batch atleast 3 hours before your sleep will make you fall asleep. Also dont sleep when your stomach is full or right after a heavy dinner. You will have a difficulty sleeping when you have a full stomach. A coffee is a no no as well, milk will do.

A warm bath would be nice to relax your system. Followed a hot beverage. If you have a chance to listen to calm music it can aid you to sleep stress-free.Think positive all the time and pray always.

try to tire yourself with many activities all the day long through exercising / physical activities that use lots of energy, hopefully it can makes u tired enough and get sleepy :) if it doesn't work out, try to read a really boring book, don't concentrate too much, just read it, it can helps put us to get sleepy :)
