What are good alternatives for sleeping pills?

Is it warm milk? Taking a bath before going to bed? Is it doing an exercise? Well, an insomniac would really appreciate your response.

EARN07 A warm bath would be nice to relax your system. Followed a hot beverage. If you have a chance to listen to calm music it can aid you to sleep stress-free.Think positive all the time and pray always.

EARN07 What I wear at night depends on my mood on that moment . When I am with my loved one, I love to sleep naked with him.When I feel stressed, I wear loose cotton shirt with panties or a nightie most of the time
