I think I spend about 6 hours of time on a computer each day.
I need to use it for my job.
I am an artist and sell my art on the internet and so i use my computer to update my websites and market my work.

I'd love to check out your sites. I too use the computer and websites/blogs to promote my work as a writer.

I spend a lot of time on the computer.. As I am a computer pro, my life revolves around the computer only.. I need the computer for all my work as well for my time pass.. I download and watch a lot of movies on my computer, and also like playing games on it.. Normally, on weekdays, I spend 10-12 hrs a day on the computer which include both at work and at home, and on weekends, it reduces to 5-6 hrs per day, which is only at home...

Wow, that's a great question. I would say that all together I spend at least 8 hours at the computer a day, except on weekends. I use it mostly for writing and research. But I also have online earning programs that I am involved in, then add in e-mail, lol. I am freelance writer and a stay at home wife. The kids are grown, but taking care of the house and the yard also take a chunk of time. I usually work in shifts...several hours on the computer, several hours doing other chores. I used to play games, but don't have time for those anymore it seems. So, for me, my computer is both a work necessity and a hobby.

I spend about six hours on the computer, not all at the same time, but intermittedly between housework, walks, cooking, and watching TV. I am a writer so I start writing my novel in the morning, have breakfast, go on myLot, take a walk, have lunch, read a bit, and am back on it until around four when I watch the Food Network.
I really have not set a timer to see the exact amount of time and on some days, it might only be three or four hours. Since I need the money, it is for work.

Defintely if your purpose is to make money online then obvisouly you'd be spending more time and it would most definetly be justified, i am on what i consider for myslef a great deal of time and im usually on for hobby and enjoyment reasons searching the web games and what not but with my busy stay at home mother life style i look forward to the time i get on the pc to just "get lost" and i too dont do it all at once its usually in between meals, the childrens bath times and naps etc. thanks for your response

It really depends on what all I've got going on that day and whether I'm working on a piece for a deadline, or even just an article for Associated Content.
I would say on average I spend around 6 hours or so online everyday. Most of it is spent doing surveys, writing, or recently playing games so I can win my husband's Christmas gifts. I also play netwinner in the background anytime I'm online.

I use my computer mainly for downloading purposes. I am just trying to avail the unlimited connection we have which is quite expensive. I download music, softwares, reviewers, books, audio books, movies and documentaries which are entertaining and informative. Well, since it will take hours to days to finished downloading I have to left the computer on and checked it once in a while. While I'm downloading I will listen to the music or the audio books or watched those movies in my collections. It saves a lot of money but time consuming. It's pretty much addicting but it's fun because I can share some of my downloads to other people. I don't know exactly how much time I spend but if I'm just at home I can spend the whole day LOL.
