festival celebration

Hi folks now that the festival of lights (Deepavali) is coming up ( November first week), how are you all celerating it? What are the dishes are you cooking and what are the firecrackers are you all bursting?

hi veenakh.
im a chinese. but being borned in a multi-racial country, i do celebrate deepavali with my indian friends.
every year, they would invite me over to their house for dinner. and i love indian food.
Anyway, Happy Deepavali to you (in advance).
