veenakh Ya, I know how you feel everyday as dinner time draws closer! I have gone through this for a long time and come up with a time-table for dinner dishes for a week. This works out well for me since I donot have to break my head over the dishes to cook.

veenakh Yes, I love to snack when I am reading, especially newspaper. Most of the times I will be muching nuts or some sweets. It really gives me pleasure to eat and read.

veenakh Hey, save your swimming glasses! The best way to cut onions without crying is to put them in water as soon as you cut them. This way their tear-inducing chemeicals are diluted and you will be smiling your way to dining table!

veenakh I think you need wash anything that goes into your body, escpecially the food. I wash my rice 2-3 times or until the water runs transparent after the wash. You need to wash esepecially the brown rice which has lot of dust and other waste particles.

veenakh I never eat after 9 p'm. if I can avoid it. Normally I finish my dinner by 8.3. p.m. and fruits by 9p.m. Once a week I fast in the night.

veenakh Dear, you can do more by eating walnut 4 - 5 pieces a day which is found to reduce the cholesterol. Also, take decoction of cinnamon 2-3 times a week which also helps. More importantly, destress by doing breathing exercises. Hope this helps.

veenakh We have a gps called mapking to direct us to unknown places. Also my husband gets a printout of driving instructions from the street directory on the internet. Both mapking and printout are a great help and easy to drive around.
