do you wash your rice before cooking it?

most of us today here love to eat rice... so i just want to know if you guys wash your rice before cooking it? how many times? i do washed it first before cooking fro about 3x or more.. how about you?

veenakh I think you need wash anything that goes into your body, escpecially the food. I wash my rice 2-3 times or until the water runs transparent after the wash. You need to wash esepecially the brown rice which has lot of dust and other waste particles.

veenakh Hi, thank you for the suggestions. In fact his doc has given him a steroid cream which when applied reduces the rash, but once stopped, itching starts again. I also heard that steroid cream is bad for the blood vessels below the skin. I use only baby bath...

veenakh Its ok to cut liquid food near the bed time. Another option would be to take the baby to toilet to pass urine just before putting her to bed. If she wakes up in the middle of night for a drink, you can take her again to toilet to pass urine. Once children pass...

veenakh We have a gps called mapking to direct us to unknown places. Also my husband gets a printout of driving instructions from the street directory on the internet. Both mapking and printout are a great help and easy to drive around.
