Ann Rice

Yes, Ann Rice has returned to the fold (those are her own words) and has left LaStat behind her. There will be no more Vampire Chronicles. I haven't read her latest book, "Christ the Lord," but I will within the year. You can contact Ms. Rice at her website http://www.annerice.com . It's a very interesting story. She makes a few political statements that I don't agree with. But we live in a free country. Hope this helps.

I am not a huge fan, but have been keeping track of her published works for a while now. She has really transformed her writing in recent years. The older works were much better in my opinion. Her last book was CHRIST THE LORD, OUT OF EGYPT, in paperback edition in November of 2006.
