Good topic

What would you say would be a good topic to discuss on mylot.
Everytime I make a post or start a disccussion I only get about 5 people or less to answer them. So now my question is what is a good topic that people like to talk about.
I know money, but I don't want to spam, and if I put my profile url it always gets deleted. Please tell me what people like to talk about.

Some people just want to talk about life itself. Maybe posting some experiences or stories you have will really get responses because people might be able to relate to that much more than anything. Look at my discussions. Some are okay, others are about things I've been through, some are for fun, and then you have the science ones. It shouldn't surprise anyone which ones get the most responses.

That's a good question. Sometimes I found that people like talking about vegetariansm versus meat-eating. Once I posted a discussion on if a person who smokes can be with a person who dosn't...if that would hamper the relationship. I got flooded with responses. Sometimes religious posts are interesting, but be careful, as they can get pretty heated. Go into your interests, and post discussions there. Ultimately, try to post discussions that are unique, and not like everyone else's. People get tired of seeing the same discussions being posted all the time, or discussions that obviously have no thought put into them.
