Okay I seem to have been the victim of discussions removal. They are both concerning DVD that I have recently purchased. I put them under "watching movies" Do I need to add buying or watching DED to my list of hobbies?

Could it be that there were already discussions about those movies? I don't remember what it was all about, but I know similar discussions get deleted. We're supposed to search the above tool bar for discussions, even though similar discussions don't always show up. Also, just in case something happens to this discussion, I can't remember if it is in the guidelines or FAQs, buy they ask that we only inquire about a problem with mylot TO mylot. If we voice our displeasure in a discussion, they are likely to remove it. People don't always get caught though, and yours has been on here almost a day so I think you're good.

Once again, I'm not the one who reports things. Perhaps one of your responders posted something that was offensive, although that seems unlikely. I'm just saying with MyLot's itchy delete finger, they'll delete almost anything, including discussions that are on the same topic, even though the point was excitement about the purchase more than anything. I can't ever remember a time on mylot that people were getting deleted so often and so much!

Ambie the search feature is pretty weak. I've tried using it plenty of times especially full-text but the search feature loves to fail.

They were two different discussions about two DVDs that I purchased this week. I don't really understand waht difference it makes if there are alread discussions. It was not about the movies. It was the fact that I bought them.

It's untelling why they deleted them. They've been really bad about it lately. I wonder if someone is going around and having discussions deleted for no other reason than they want to.

Thanks for that because I really thought that is what's going on. It is sickening and we're the ones to pay for it too.

Actually, there seems to be a bad problem with discussion removals lately. I don't know why, no one seems to. This one will also probably be removed, its getting disgusting!

See piracy is against law. If you might have indicated pirated or unlawful topics it will be removed. Or else if your discussion receives more negative rating than it will be removed

I did not break any piracy laws! The topics were about DVDs that I purchased. They were removed before anyone could respond to them. So how could they have received a negative respnnse? I'm sorry but what you are saying makes absolutely no sense at all.

You don't have to add new hobbies, most times as long as you are close in interests you are fine! This is just some clown going around hitting the ! and mylot reacting too fast to the thread. Your thread might be brought back though if there is a closer inspection done on it but naturally I cannot make any guarantees.
