A girl met a man on internet. After talking almost everyday with mic and cam for 1 yr, the man expressed his love and asked for marriage. The girl is in deep hesitation if they should continue this kind of relationship and develop further. Any suggestion for the girl in need of help?

If she is confident she wants this relationship to go futher she should arrange to meet the man in a public place, there are lots of men out there who are just after 1 thing, just for a coffee or something.
Then if they get on well play it from there, but the initial meeting must be in public where there are lots of others around and don't let things go too far till after several public meetings as there is a lot of difference between talking over the Internet and meeting face to face.
All that can be said in reality is take great care when meeting for the first few times.
As she has posted this she must be a little suspicious of the mans motives.

U r right. Tks. It's safer to meet first and decide wat to do nxt. The girl and the man r from different countries. The only problem now is just where to meet. :D
