ritazhang Most of time I take breakfast before leaving home. I'm lucky. My mon will get everything ready. If it's late, I will take it to my office or buy it on my way to office. Generally speaking, I never miss it.

ritazhang I use it after washing my hair. My hair is thick. It keep it looks smoothy and kempt. The only effect I feel is that the hair dry faster than without it on.
