Guys, do you put some hair gel to your hair?

I get used to of putting hair gel to my hair especially when I go to work or even when I am still studying.
I found it very neat and nice to see, thus making you look pleasant and handsome as well LOL. You can style your hair in many ways using a hair gel.
How about you guys, do you put some hair gel to your hair? Is there a side effect if you use this regularly?

I use it after washing my hair. My hair is thick. It keep it looks smoothy and kempt. The only effect I feel is that the hair dry faster than without it on.

I don't, I am not used to having a hair that is stuck hard!LoL
I prefer to alwayus sport a long hair, I don't think that gel are good for long hairs. I only put those leave-ons, hair mosturizers or leave it as it was.
