Anybody or Company Need a Nice Working Guy in Miami, FL?

I hv a friend in Miami who worked in a hotel. He went to Morocco for a vacation in summer this year and got back to Miami now. However, the previous hotel didn't need more hands. Yes, he lost his job now. As a friend, I'm really want to help him go through this terrible period but I don't know how cos im far away in China. He's really a nice guy and have lots of working experience in service industries. If anybody need working people or give me some useful information, i will very mcuh appreciate. It doesn't matter if it's full-tim or part-time. :D
