No. Most of times i have no breakfast at all before heading to university, because i prefer to spend those minutes sleeping. When there, i might have a snack or something. When i dont have classes, i would have breakfast but nothing special, and surely not the kind of breakfast that requires of you to sit at the table.A snack maybe and a glass of milk or orange juice, nothing more.

Yup I always ensure that i have breakfast before leaving for college early in the morning.According to me breakfast is one really important meal of the day. After the long rest overnight our stomachs are usually empty for a long period of time.its important to have something in the morning to get us active and working properly.

I get up between 5 and 5.30 a.m. everyday and after doing many routine works, it is usually 8.30 when I am ready for office. I feel hungry and therefore I take breakfast everday. Also at night, I finish teh dinner between 7 and 7 30 p.m.
Then lunch is slated at 2.30 p.m. Therefore breakfast is a must and it is usually heavy breakfast following by light lunch and somewhat light supper too.

I know breakfast is very important because it is the important meal of the day but i usually not eat before i go to work. I rarely eat my breakfast before going to work because im always on a run and i have difficulties on waking up early so my daily routine is to get shower get dressed and go to work. If there's a breakfast ready, i could just eat it very fast but that's rarely happens and when im at home i usually eat my breakfast at 11 am.

It's always highly recommended to eat your breakfast yes, but in my case, I do just that but it's most of the time wherein I wouldn't be in much of a rush, having to go somewhere and perhaps running late or so. Sometimes I just tend to skip it, which leads myself to start acting sort of cranky (which is normal because of this). Just goes to show that I need to stop underestimating the importance of "burekfesst"!

Most of time I take breakfast before leaving home. I'm lucky. My mon will get everything ready. If it's late, I will take it to my office or buy it on my way to office. Generally speaking, I never miss it.

Yes, I always eat my meal in the morning and for that i consider myself as a breakfast person. I always eat heavy breakfast and that means rice, 1 viand/toppings, a cup of cofee or milk and a banana. I like doing so because sometimes when i'm too engrossed with work i tend to forget eating lunch. And because i had eaten a full morning meal i'm not that much hungry at noontime. I can skip eating eating lunch and dinner but not breakfast. I'm so used to having it in the morning that i feel fully recharged and kicked off to start the day everyday.

i always make sure that i take my breakfast...there are times that i don't want to be late in my classes so i have to leave home not eating my breakfast..but, during our morning tea, i still buy some food to eat and i consider it as my breakfast (though it is late)...i feel like i can't survive a day without a breakfast...i mean, without it, i feel so weak...and i feel like my brain is empty without it...

I know breakfast is the most important meal of the day... but i rarely eat something before going out.
I'm usually late to catch the bus or i simply awake and its time for lunch. But when i arrive at the place i always try to eat something, i don't like when my stomach does sounds like : "feed me... feed me, you are so irresponsible, feed me now..." and that sound goes louder and louder ... lol.... i really hate that
