makatas He should not have much problem. I had a huge flight sometime ago, 9 hours + 5 hours more of flight, and I didn't experience any jet lag.

makatas I am not vegetarian either, let your lunch be anything and as much as you want, but keep your dinner low at calories. Maybe a fresh salad, or 2-3 fruit would be good choice.

makatas The peel indeed is healthy, but want it or not, modern ways of planting and growing lets the potato skin full of pesticides, which end up in your food. You are a bit safer if you remove skins, but of course you cannot know if you are completely safe still.

makatas You should always peel the potatoes, because the skin keeps all the toxic substances used on them while they're growing. Don't let yourself get full of fertilisers and toxicity...better stay on the safe side.
