makatas The peel indeed is healthy, but want it or not, modern ways of planting and growing lets the potato skin full of pesticides, which end up in your food. You are a bit safer if you remove skins, but of course you cannot know if you are completely safe still.

makatas Yes you can use both, and it is advisable too. They do not interfere with each other because they only scan and heal, they do not run constantly.
