If you are able to express (I mean translate in your mother tongue) well, all you need is to add on english words, especially the technical in which you are working. Be familiar and try to memorize. Make a note of all these by constructing your own sentences. Altogether it may make some 200 sentences with all etiquettes and courtesies, so that you will be able to translate without much problem. At home and at friend's circle, try to speak the language which you find it difficult to use at the time of translating. Everything requires practice and I understand you cannot do the exericse with the people with whom you are dealing in the office.

Thanks for your understanding, actually my situation is that I am working in a middle-scale town where seldom people speak English, so does my friends circle. In order to practice/excise, I have to talk to myself, funny but it works.
Thanks for your suggestion.

If I were in your shoes, I like that job so much because problems always create opportunities. What you need now is EFFICIENCY. Efficiency is having high output at low input.
To enhance your management skills or efficiency, there a lot of articles on internet board. For IT and Technical, I think you can have it very straight knowledge through an internet.
For financial, you have to learn about cashflow, pro forma cashflow, balance sheets and profit & loss. So that you can manage any financial planning in your company.
For sales, you must learn about three(30 major parts; Marketing Philosophy, Marketing segmentation and Customer Behavior.
For your english learning you can surf for TalkClearly UK; wwww.talkclearlyuk.com
Thanks, XianXian54.
