xianxian54 i did this when i was young, which brought very bad consequence to my health. i had the gall stone now, even it is not serious, but you feel a little bit burden. So really a recommendation: don't skip your breakfast.

xianxian54 when i get very stressed, i usually call my bf to explain everything to him. He is a person like having some magic, after i have spoken with him, i usally feel much better. If i feel bored. i usually watch books or TV to change my attention and it works.
