xianxian54 Brida is really a very good book, i have already read it. I am a great fan of Paulo coealho, the very first book i read from him is Alchemist, an inspiring book.

xianxian54 Why not have a try, if you cannot suffer the hot pepper, suggest you to try some light food, especially the green vegetables, perfect. or the steamed fish is also a good choice.Good luck!
