Well I played badminton for years, and went to competitions etc. I liked it a lot. It provides you a good physical condition and makes you sweat way more than most people think. I know that many think that badminton is a game for ladies where the shuttlecock goes really slowly. But i've had bruises of shuttlecock impacts when i played, which should give you an idea of how intense this game can be.
Nowadays i don't play anymore, basically because i don't have anybody to play with, but i would like to go back to it, really.

I know how you feel, I've played badminton for my school in the Philippines and ever since I moved here in the states, I haven't played since then because they have that sport for any of the schools that I went to, which really sucks. And those badminton's that you buy at the store doesn't feel the same with playing like in a tournament or whatsoever.

Hi sas, badminton is a popular game in my country. I have been playing this game since I was in primary school. My neighbors and I played without net in the compound of our house. We ignored the rules. We enjoyed playing only if the shuttlecock didn’t drop on the ground as long as possible. Now I treat it as a form of weekly indoor exercise.

badminton is my favorite game. I play it for several times a week. Badminton is a elegant game compare to others like football or basketball, not so noisy, not so many assault. Another point is I made many good friends during playing badminton. I like this game, and I like these friends play with me.

I like to play badminton just because it is easy to play. I don't mean it is easy to play well, of course.
Another reason is badminton is one of strong points to China sports team. A lot of good records make every Chinese exciting and interesing in this game.
I'm looking forward to wonderful games in 2008 Olympics.

I'm really not that good at badminton, I just play it as a hobby when I'm not doing anything, and just for fun, or sometimes just to sweat, as an exercise.

This is the best way to exercise because you exercise while enjoying. What other sports gives you a sense of enjoyment while playing with your friends and benefits you by burning up calories you don't even know you burned.
This is by far the best way to loose weight. Loose the poundage and have a rage with your friends and family. Thus, I think its very difficult not to love badminton. No wonder its enjoyed by many...
