I believe there will be increase in resolutions regarding loss of something usually weight but I don't feel it will be that high with a margin of only 15% being optimum weight; therefore, to somewhat truthfully predict what will be resoluted for, I vote it will be a split between giving up some bad habit, incorporating a new good one, or having some plan for a complete transformation start immediately . . .
Lets wait and see what comes to fruition. I did not make any resolutions that are not realistic therefore gaining some more pounds and getting more income will just have to be worked at harder.
Maybe I am supposed to be slim as I started eating according to my bloodtype sixteen months ago and it truly paid off but nearly broke too, aw come on let me start the new year with just a better attitude and it too will be another fine year . . .

In my opinion, there will be a lot of people ho will vow to Loose weight in 2008, but I do not think this will be 85% of the total. Because there will be those who will choose to quit smoking, build their businesses bigger, etc. So maybe there will be some who will want to loose weight, but at the same time no matter what Resolution a person chooses to make, the main thing is how many people will stick to them?

I would have to definetly agree with that because I myself has made the resolution to loose weight and so has many other people I know. So I can see that being very true.

I honestly believe that 85 percent is somewhat to high for those kind of polls. We most first look at the democraphics of America in general.
There are more young people in America then their are older people. And when I speak of older, I am simply talking about those people who are- over the age of 18. I doubt that young toddlers would be concerned with their weight.
And lets just say that 85% is a good number and run with it. If there we the case, then my prediction is that less then 12% of those people will actually follow through with that plan and succeed.
