What is Your FAVORITE Pilates Move?

Why? How do you do it? What area does it work on? Mine is the Plank Pike Up with the ball. You get on the ball with your thighs resting on the ball, hands under your shoulders, back straight, head in line with spine, and abs engaged. Now roll the ball towards you so your lower legs (shin? feet?) are resting on the ball and you are in an inverteve V. Hold for one count then restart. The recommended number of reps is 10. This works youd core and I love it!! What do you like?
