How can I make a small device to lit my room from wind in balcony?

Can anyone give a schematic idea to build a very small wind generator which will run based on alcony wind?

I would go with a vertical blade design. This design has one vertical axle with at least two vertical wing type blades parallel with the vertical axle. Very simply concept and you dont have to worry about which direction the wind is coming from.
