prasanta Eye-straining can be controlled through exercise. Using mouse is dangerous, it leads to carpal tunnel disorder syndrome. See the graph from wikipedia attached here, you will know your chance to get the disease.

prasanta Eye exercise is very effective even otherwise. Also, there are Ayurvedic medicines that may be applied while sitting for long time in front of any electronic screen.

prasanta Correct. I have heard such complaints. Additionally, kidney gets pressurized for continued sitting. If the table is not of proper height then neck pain is very common. Proper selection of raiser laptop table is also necessary.

prasanta Yes, Height of the chair and table matter. Also, the seat of the chair has to have good cushion, otherwise piles may get infection.Light source also should be adjusted to get easier view of the monitor.
