If seven hundred ants can make seven ant hills in seven days, How long will it take for 100 ants to make 1 ant hill?

Well let's see. To simplify the first part, it takes 700 ants one day to make one ant hill. So it would take 100 ants probably 7 days to make 1 ant hill. Am I right on this? The answer would be 7 days.

you are absolutely right, its 7 ant hills per 4900 ant-days (7 x 700) or 1 anthill in 700 ant-days, so if there are 100 ants it would take 7 days (to get 700 ant-days, 7 x 100), if you want to have 350 ants it will take 2 days. thanks for the response
