To my friends - see you in a week!

Ok - not sure if I'm allowed to post this - or whether it will be seen as "too personal", and considered some sort of violation, but as I know good friends here tend to worry if someone is absent for a few days, I'm just postng to say I will be away for the next 5 days. My partner is working at a conference/convention in Madrid, and I have to go and do the good old Corporate/Hospitality bit for the other wives and partners!! A lot of it is deadly tedious -(LOL!), but I do get to do a lot of shopping though, and also a lot of eating in a nice 5 Star Hotel, with a sauna/jacuzzi and lovely hair salon and beauty centre:-)) And we have tickets for a show on Saturday too, and some football (soccer) to please the men, so it's not all bad. So for those who may wonder for my absence - please don't - I'll be back here next week. May try and pop in once or twice while I'm away as I'll need to check emails etc from the Hotel Business Centre from time to time, but won't have much time for serious myLotting. And before anyone asks, - Lily and my other feline "babies" have my best friend Carol staying in the house til our return. She spoils them rotten, feeds them far too much,lets them sleep on her bed, and cares for them 24/7 - so I know they will be as well cared for in my absence as they are when I'm home
