The Abba was one of my favourite pop groups from Sweden during my school days. One of the more popular groups to emerge from a non-english speaking country it took the world by storm during the 70s.
I wish they would regroup to form such numbers as Dancing Queen, Fernando, I do, I do, I do, Mama Mia, etc.

Hi karmaguy64! Yes, I remember the Abba and I used to hear them all the time during my growing up years. I did like the Dancing Queen and Chiquitita. Actually, I have a CD of their songs in my collection. Take care and have a nice day.

Yes, Abba was one of the best groups of the 70s. Some of them songs still touch my soul and I enjoy listening. The lyrics are also very special. Abba reminds me of my youth and take me back in the high scool years.I like Andante, Happy New year, One of us.

I thought they were great and very attractive ladies. I do have a couple of their cd's and enjoy listening to them while driving. I can remember our daughters going nuts over the song "Dancing Queen."

I also really like the songs of Abba and like listening to their songs. I also like to sing their songs when I am in the room having the magic sing.
My favorites are Dancing Queen, Chiquitita, Fernando, I Do I Do, Hasta Manana, Thank you For the Music, The Winner Takes It all.

Hi
Nice to know that you and your cousin were dancing queens, you know what, that number is still my favourite.

ABBA was one of my favourite pop groups and I still love to hear their music 30 years later! Bjorn and Benny are such talented composers and Agnetha and Annafreda such fantastic singers. They all complimented each other so well. I was very upset to hear about them splitting up as a group but I think they made a very wise decision by quitting whilst they were still ahead. Their music will live on for many decades to come.

They still are phenomenal all these years later! The energy, the harmony, the lyrics and the music are so uplifting yet in touch with concerns that are still valid today. I wish that there were more groups that were this talented. Music has become so much less original....
