Do you eat eggs? How often and how do you like them?

I'll take them cooked any way. - eggs in shells

I seldom eat eggs even though I like them. Actually I'm lazy and would rather just have a bowl of cereal to start my day off because it's so much easier and makes less diswashing for me. I like them any way and it depends on how I feel when I decide to cook them. When I have them scrambled I have to have toast with jelly, when I have them fried I have to be able to dip my toast in them, when I have them poached I prefer them on english muffins. Do you eat eggs? How do you prefer them if you do? Is there something you absolutely have to have with them like toast or english muffins? If you don't eat them do you know why not? Is it for health reason or you just don't like them.

Egg is at the top of my favourite list! Same as you, I like them prepared in many ways. But scrambled eggs and omellettee is the best, to me. Egg is very nutritious but recently I avoid taking the york due to my increasing cholestrol level, reflected in the blood test result that I took last week. For your case, since you like to save the effort preparing the eggs to avoid washing more dish, you can try the half boils or fully boiled eggs. It's the simplest way of cooking it. You just need to submerge the egg in the hot water for 3 to 5 minutes, depending on how well cook you want it to be. In our country, we put the egg in the rice cooker and it will cook together with the rice and that save the trouble of cooking separately.

I used to eat eggs almost everyday. However ever since I have skin rashes, the doctor advises me not to eat eggs so I cut down on them. Anyway, I like scrambled eggs and half boiled eggs.

It can be eat with a salad of sauerkraut.... It is very good and I think is more healthy because I don't use oil. Try it! and answer if you agree with me or not...

I eat them on weekends, or whenever my mom is home. She makes really great scrambled eggs. Believe it or not, my mom can actually cook.

I love eggs actually. I don't eat them for breakfast a lot at home though. Now when I go out for breakfast I have them over easy to dab the juicy yolk with my toast. Most nights I'll scramble two eggs for a fried egg sandwhich. HAPPY POSTINGS FROM GRANDPA BOB !!~

Yep I eat eggs. As a matter of fact just finished eating some. Today they were scrambled with a little shredded cheese melted in and picante sause on top. I eat eggs every few days fried (over easy), scrambled, boiled, deviled, egg salad. Once in awhile I'll do poached but not very often. I love eggs, need the protien for health reasons, and now we have fresh eggs so they are 100 times better than the junk you get in the store - the yokes are so bright their almost orange rather than pale yellow.

I also like them with chees and picante sauce. When I think of it I'll boil some to make egg salad which I love. Now that I"m thinking of it I should throw some in a pan for later this afternoon. I wish we could get some fresh eggs here I'm sure they are great!

I often boil a dozen at a time and just keep them in the refriderator until I want them - great to have on hand for a quick 'snack'. My ex-husband, where I'm renting rooms now, bought 50 chickens this past spring - their just starting to lay eggs so we're excited about the fresh eggs although they are rather small we're getting 2-3 fresh eggs every day now.

I have an egg and cheese sandwich for breakfast every single morning. I like eggs and they don't take that long to cook. I mean, in the amount of time it would take you to fix yourself a bowl of cereal I can guarantee that I'd be almost finished if not finished making my egg sandwich. How do I know? Because sometimes while I'm fixing my egg sandwich I also fix a bowl of cereal. I put the egg on to fry, get out the stuff for cereal while it's frying. turn the egg over. pour in the cereal and milk. put the sandwich together. get a spoon and voila. done two things. If I don't eat a good breakfast or a filling breakfast or any breakfast at all I get sick. so breakfast is pretty important to me. On weekends I'll fix more elaborate eggs. scrambled or over easy. french toast or waffles or something. But during the work week I fix something better and more filling than just cereal that takes just as long.

I often get egg sandwiches on my occasional visit to Dunkin Donuts. I prefer them on a croissant to an english muffin or just bread.

I used to get the ones at dunkin donuts all the time when I was a kid and went to church cause it was down the street. I actually make mine on bagels. and I prefer to spend less money making them myself then wasting money eating out.

Hi Ctrymuziklvr, eggs is a daily dish for me, and i usually eat these when I get up, and fried, first I have the bacon baked, than I place the eggs on top, and after that I do some ham and cheese on the eggs while not spoiling the yellows :) the cheese smelts between the eggs and it's yummy! When ready I do some ketchup saus and eat it usually without bred, but sometimes with bread, depending how hungry I am. I eat this dish daily with 4 eggs, so yes, lots of these. And it is absolutely not bad for my health ;) TheFortunes

I like my eggs in sunny-side-up style. I mix the yolk and the whole egg with fried rice. I usually have some meat like bacon or meat loaf to go with it. Yummy for breakfast.

Yes, I do eat eggs but not often because of the cholestorol content it has. I like them dip with salt because it's very tasty.

Have you tried the egg substitute? Of course it's only for scrambled eggs but it's still good and there are so many things you can add to it and it tastes good too.

I like scrambled eggs with bacon, grits, and toast. I know a lot of people who like fried eggs, but I don't like the yolk runny, it just looks like it's still raw lol.

The grease is all in how much butter or margarine you fry them with. I use a teflon pan and only put a tiny bit of butter in the pan. I don't like grease either.

I love eggs, ctry, but can only eat them sparingly due to high cholesterol. My favorite is scrambled eggs, and I like sausage and coffee with them. I also like them fried and boiled. I really could eat them every day, but I limit them to a few times a month. I also like deviled eggs when we have big dinners. There are so many uses for eggs that I believe a person could practically live off of them!

I love eggs but like you, I am a bit lazy in the morning about cooking them so I don't eat them often. Sometimes I get ambitious and I will either make scrambled eggs with cheese and toast and sausage on the side or a fried egg sandwhich with cheese for breakfast. I really, really love breakfast for dinner and I'm apt to do that only when my daughter is with her dad as she is not an egg person at nite. once in a great while, my girls and I will all meet for breakfast at a resteraunt. Oh and egg salad...love it.

I don't eat eggs very much anymore. Mostly it is in store bought items that I buy. I use an egg substitute for my baking and cooking if I need eggs. I was never much of an egg eater anyways and two of my kids hate them so it isn't something I use often as only one person in the house likes them.

When I remember them I buy the egg substitute for my scrambled eggs since they are so much better for us. I also use them in my cooking and baking.
