Ten Cate?? Will he be the missing link?

Chelsea has just announced the arrival of Henk Ten Cate as the assistant first team coach. He has been in Dutch club Ajax and was pivotal in their success.But this English club is like a galaxy and not a team with just few stars.Also the competition in EPL is massive compared to the Dutch league.Is Roman doing the right thing?I dont think he can cover the Mourinho emptiness from chelsea hearts.

I think Ten Cate is one of the missing link. This Chelsea team need somebody who have a lot of experience to take care of such a big team like Chelsea. You know that Ten Cate also ever become Assistant Manager of Frank Rijkaard in Barca? I think he is the right person to be in that position. Another missing link is Chelsea needs Sheva and Ballack to back on their true form

Yes i know he has assisted Rijkaard and that is a plus point. But it is high time for a new manager to set foot in.Isnt it? Shev should get more in the starting lineup to get his form back and there are rumours that Drogba is leaving,disappointed with jose's departure.So more bad news for Chelsea.

Very right.A new manager is needed.The current squad is good but they lack the flare and it disappoints me because i have seen how they have performed in the last 2-3 seasons. Drogba and lampard have to get more playing time. Their injury was vital and it was evident in the poor performances in the past few matches.The winter transfer window could bring surprises.Hope its in favour of chelsea.

actually what the roman doing is that he does not care about the team,he believes he has his money and that he can controlled every thing in the team.yes he can!but in term of coaching crew.he does not have the authority to do so if he want the successful of the club.for Henk Ten Cate to come over to the club i think the best is to change all the players because that is really another curioursity.i don't think grant can win the heart of drogba,kalou,lampard.this will really affect the team mentally and physically.roman is just doing it wrong way.the club should not be family affair or something.

I think the name "Mourinho" has been etched the Chelsea FC, it is just like PC without a Processor...Without MOURINho, CHELSEA will MOURN...But anyhow, lets cheers to that...coz its wonderful, that the workd is playing FOOTBALL...
