i'm not a fan of horror films. When I was a little girl, there was this local channel that showed movies of Dracula and other "horror" films every monday. Everybody at home would watch, and I got no choice. My older brothers would sneak behind me and scare me huhuhu poor little me. They always loved making fun of me while watching horror films. and now! this is what I got... i can't stand watching horror films!!!

hello there. I hate horror films too. I hate it since young. I hate it not because I'm scared. I just do not understand why people enjoy paying money to go to the theaters to scare themselves.
My last horror movie was Nightmare Detective. I was forced to watch it. It's a Japan horror film. It's bloody and scary. I've also watched The Ring before. I think The Ring is the scariest. Anyway, usually I do not pay attention while watching these movies. I pay more attention to people around me. It's more entertaining to see groups of girls screaming for nothing and groups of guys laughing at them. LOL

Well, that's quite a criticism.hhehe I really can't stand "THE RING". I don't remember a single scene! Because, I was covering my eyes almost all throughout the movie. =) and I can't understand the language either. hehehe if you think that people are crazy for paying something to scare themselves... i think I am crazier for attempting to watch something I know I really can't hahahhha

LOL! I'm a fan of watching horror movies. There is nothing scary in them... Except maybe some scenes of which your heart stop beating... The scary thing in them is only the sound effects. Nothing else. If you can stand watching ugly faces and ugly creatures, nothing will be scary for you.

No even I cant watch horror films too. I am a child in these matters. i will egg on my hubby to get CDs of horror and ghost films and then at the most scary parts, I will just hide my face or hold him tight, or scream and jump Oh I create such a scene. And then I will ask him what happened while I was hiding or jumping i..e he has to watch it for me and narrate the movie and if he says that its not too scary then I will rewind the watch it again.

hahhaha our imagination really runs real with their stories. I watched a local movie "SUKOB" here in our coountry. and I was basically closing/covering my eyes if I know that some scary scene was about to come. i think i only watched 1/3 of the movie. the other 2/3 I had my eyes closed.. hahahha

well, the problem with horror movies for me is that most of them are of low quality and around and about stupid stories. There are a few great horror movies, and they are old, like The Omen, and The Shining. Very very few good horror movies are around nowasdays, and i'd rather not watch any movie that is simply not well made. I also do not like this genre much, and prefer action, and thriller movies.

I can watch horror. Though some 80s-90s horror wasn't that scary at all. Even the classics weren't that scary. Saw is a bit better but still doesn't really phase me. Maybe I'm desensitized
