Your Computer Desk?

Okay this is a photo taken of my desk. I have so much junk sitting on the desk that is not computer related. But it's items that I do use daily so I leave it sit. Now I clean my desk off maybe once a month tops. I will dust around everything sitting here though weekly at least. I have my medications, lotion,camera,music CDs,flashlight, my wallet, smokes, glass case, drink coaster, p[ill cutter and a lot of other "junk". Is your desk as cluttered as mine? How often do you clean your desk? Is there items on your desk that don't relate to being on the computer etc? HAHAHAHA! I love my messy/cluttered desk.

why yes my friend,my desk is just as messy as yours lol.but i use most of the stuff on the desk and i clean it every day and when its so neat,the next day it looks like a tornado hit it all over again.lol.pattie

Ahhhh Newports. I haven't had a menthol smoke in years.
I stopped smoking Newports about 20 years ago. Anyhow
your desk looks a lot neater than mine though still a mess.

Right now as I look at my desk, I see post it notes all over the place, bills falling out of my bill caddy, my daughters fake glasses from the dollar store, a bandana on my printer, magazines, paperwork, camera, calculater, contact solution, sunglasses, daughters ipod, chapstick and an empty box that my cell phone came in. Most of this stuff has no relation to being near a computer. Somehow the computer desk has become the catch all! I do wipe the desk down every couple of days, but I usually get sick of it after awhile and reorganize it and make it look neat, then the next day it start catching things again!

welll ... ma comp.. deskk is neat and cleann...all . the credit .. goes to ma mom .. she cant see anything ... strewn around ... :D .. im toh all comfortable with it thou .. :D lol .. so as a result , u wont find anything .. lying there .. :D

I have my computer desk near the tv set, so I could easily watch shows while surfing the net!;) I do clean meine every once a week, dusts are always there since another housing aread being developed just near our place. I also have books, my cellphone, a mirror and some scratch papers to jot down probabble helpful informations I gather while on the net!;)

I HAVE HAND LOTION, A VASE OF SILK FLOWERS, MY CUP OF PENS AND MY NOTEBOOKS, CLIP BOARD....note pad....mmmmm well good thing its a big desk,,,,my coaster and a small picture of my hubby and me...and there are two drawers full in the desk...and I almost forgot my tootsie rolls.....

My desk is just a small one and yes it is a glutter. I can still find my laptop so that's all that matters today. hehehe Take Care.

Mine isn't cluttered and I keep mine very organized. I am just a neat freak though. I can't stand for it to get messy. lol

hahaha it reminds me of my desk!;) there are lots of books,which i never read, dictionaries,show piece, gift items etc. i keep on my desk and they all together make quite a big heap of things. usually i clean my desk twice a month or when i know soem guest is going to pay a visit!lol

Yikes Grandpa Bob that is a mess! Mine actually is pretty neat and tidy! Other then the computer itself nothing else on it is computer related. I have a photo of my daughter, and a bunch of ornaments on it, I am a clean freak though so that's probably why it's so tidy lol. Have a good day!

Mine is a mess huh? You can see on the shelf hanging/taped is an old computer generated photo of my daighter and a friend of hers from when she was in HS many moons ago. HAHAHA! Mine is a lot of used junk piles.

Nope I'm a die-hard neat freak..I like to know where everything is at a moments notice...I do have a lot of stuff on the desk besides the computer...my film scanner and printer as well..there are enough cubby holes to store my papers..and the compartment that would have the CPU I use as a storage for my paper, inks, blank DVD/CDs--I don't have a separate tower...my CPU is in my monitor as it's a Mac...your desk's design looks almost exactly as mine...Mine is an O'sullivan and I had to assembly the darn thing myself

I have the computer accesories as well.
Most is hideen under all the debris though. HAHAHAHA!!!!
I have no idea what brand my desk is. But it is about 15 years old and yes I had to assemble it myself as well. I laid it all out on the living room floor taking up the whole room. HAHAHAHA!!

I dont have a computer desk,haha.I use an old kitchen table that we exchanged for a new antique wooden one.Its really big and lots ofroom to sit my daughters pictures,paper,printer,etc.I just cleaned the clutter(chip bags,pop cans and such,hehe)the other day because i was running out of room.:)

Table, desk. If it's where you do ytour computer stuff it's a desk
none the less. HAHAHAHA!!! I try not to eat at my desk. I do have my bevarges though and have spilled them on the keyboard many a time.

My computer desk is a multipurpose desk, since I carry out all my work by my laptop. When I wind up my surfing or working session, I wind up my not-book. Other items present on my desk are, books, penstand, emergency-light, two-in-one etc. As the desk is a bigger one (3' by 5'), and located at the common place of our house, our dining activities are also done very often here, when the computer is not there. Anyway the computer desk has become the catch of all in our family. I do wipe the desk every day regularly before I start my surfing session on it. Thanks for this specific discussion from my mulipurpose computer desk!

my desk is cluttered just like yours. but i do try to clean it up every once in awhile. however, on the other hand, me cleaning it up means it being filled with junk a few days later. its weird, when i use the computer and i get something i just throw it on the desk and say i will look or deal with it later. but i actually never do. so thats about the main reason that my desk is as messy as it is.

I saw the image, i think my computer desk is more cleaner. even though you will find lot of other things like books some times clothes but usually i will clean my computer and table on Sundays. Other than computer you can find my personal belonging such as watch, mobile, wallet etc.
