what i do for my addiction is watch tv or play with you pets or kids for a couple hours then go back on the internet for about 2 in half hours then back to the kids pets or tv do this everyday then you will get use to tasking everything at once and you wont be addicited to it has much

Oh poor you lol.I hate it when the internet is slow or off. I will have those problems again when I get to London until I have my oen place. I will be running around like a vregmeni gata lol looking for an internet cafe to come and say hello to my friends lol. I have been so busy with my vusienss lately..Missed Mylot lol.

I am the same way about my phone and internet, although mine are for different reasons. I wouldn't care anything about the internet or a phone if my husband wasn't half way around the world serving in iraq. that is the only way we have to communicate andi freak out if something goes wrong with my phone or internet service. so i feel ya
