darkclow you should do disk defragment every week it will speed hope you personal computer and if you game helps out to who should also do disk clean up that helps too hope this helps with you question

darkclow first off depends on what computer monitors lcd or crt lcd dopesnt give much to hurt ur eyes plus if your hertz on your pc on lcd is higher the better on crt the lower the better but sunglasses will not protect you agasint the radiation from the computer cause...
