hard disk Q ?

we always write and delete file on the disk when i need to make hard disk defrag ?

you should do disk defragment every week it will speed hope you personal computer and if you game helps out to who should also do disk clean up that helps too hope this helps with you question

Once a month is good. Be sure to back up though. I've gotten a couple of reports where people's PCs were messed up after a defrag (lost files, or a lost OS -_-)

once in a month is good enough ...... now a days we have big hard disks which takes long time for de-fragmentation .. so once in a month is good
