Posting Till Your Heads On The Keyboard!

lol! I just had to laugh with your title. And I'm as guilty as charged.^_^ But that was when I was still a newbie 3 months ago. I was so determined in reaching my daily number of posts goal that I truly experienced, sitting infront of the computer, half-asleep and half-awake. There was even a time I remembered, I was typing a response, and the next thing I know, I woke up with a sore neck. My hands were still on the keyboard! I don't know how long I have sat there, totally asleep. But now, I don't push myself too hard anymore. When my eyes tell me that it had enough computer radiation, then I stop. Especially when my brain have stopped functioning, too from too much tiredness. And like you, before I discovered MyLot, I used to sit infront of the computer until the wee hours of the morning, playing my favorite games.

I get obsessed with one thing or another. Mylot or looking at say dome homes on the net or watching a Star Trek marathon or something. Writing a story - or reading one - all night - playing the - okay - one more chapter game. Right now my baby is sleeping and I'm so tired I want to be too, so I know that I need to get off the pewter and nap. Like soon. After one more discussion idea....

LOL I havent yet but am looking to try a full day post-fest when I get the time :-D I just ahve too many things to do in the run of a day that more often than not prevents me from doing the hardcore non-stop posting ya know...I'd like to try it though :-D

Hi progamer, I am up on the computer, but doing more than mylot and even if all I had was mylot, I can't think of much to start a discussion or the ones to reply to are not very interesting..But I do keep busy, like I was on late last night, except like I said, doing more than mylot..:)

hi.. not quite... haha...i am not addicted like that...though i am posting like crazy tonight coz i want to reach the 500th mark before midnight...hahaha... there are days, when i dont mylot at all:-D that's good...sleep is essential to muscle repair and immune system...good night then

I don't do that! I am a mother and a wife so definitely I have a lot of other things to do. I have a house and a business to attent to as well. I only go online and do mylotting if i have a free time. But surely is, it is everyday. I make it sure to be active with this site. Simply because I learn and earn from it.

I can't say I post till I snooze. But I do spend a lot of time on myLot some days (especially when my husband is out of town..lol)I don't actually fall asleep on the keyboard but I do get tired and sleep very late when I am posting. Seems like I'm addicted.

I just recently came back to mylot after a 6month break.. I rarely post here now and maybe sometimes i go crazy but I have alot more things to do now so i cant always be here.. but before i quit i was very much into the whole mylot thing.. I posted 500 in a couple weeks one time, referred 15 people in 1 day, etc.. but now im still down to chill here on my free time which i dont have much of with school,work,friends to chill wit..

With my new work schedule, I don't get to post as much as I was and I'm playing catch up over the weekend. I was addicted before I had to get myself on a new schedule. I'm tired right now and I know I should be in bed, but I feel like I need to respond to as many discussions as I can before Monday.

I was nilly alseep the other night and I had to just post one more .

Well I have not done that and I do not think I shall ever try to do that . That shall be too tiresome especially with all the other worldly concerns .

Hi theprogramer, That is crazy that posting without have some rest, i don't so addict like that. Some time i online in youtube.com , watch movie, or chat.. not all the time i log in myLot. Yeah!! happy posting to you too!

Qwerty face! I make discussions like there is no tomorrow. I have made almost a hundred in the two weeks I have been here. I tried to compare to others that have been here for nine months but someone has almost a thousand. Ill give you a hint, he has a big bear for his avatar. Ive never fallen asleep. Actually since I started taking a new medication I cant fall asleep until after one am. Gees. I have never stay up all night either. Im pretty lame in that department. When im tired im cranky and done.

Well, I am actually new to posting, but I can see that it will become very addictive. I can already tell that I will spend lots of time in discussions, as I have read so many interesting things here. So, as tired as I am tonight, I will keep reading and posting. :-)

I spend way too long at my pc and often end up just about falling asleep at it but I tend not to post non-stop for hours on here. The longest I'm on myLot is usually about an hour or so at a time. I either run out of stuff to say or my interest starts to fade or I can't find anything else I want to respond to. Now if you were talking about online gambling that's another matter - if money was not an issue I could easily do a 24 hour non-stop session of that lol!

I've done a lot of things non-stop like that. Writing used to be the big one for me. I would write until someone made me stop, when I was younger. These days it's impossible for me, because I have too many responsibilities. I'll go back and forth between posting and spending time with my son for hours though. I think the thing I've spent the most time consecutively doing is watching anime, or perhaps playing Final Fantasy Tactics, which is just far too addicting for an old game.

It's nice to know that when I have ne of my sleepless nights I won't be alone here! I'm not sure how many hours straight I've gone, but I can't seem to stop once I start on here. I've never actually fallen asleep at the computer but I've noticed that when I start feeling really tired I make an excessive number of typos so I'm spending more time on correcting my errors than anything else...that's when I know it's time to stop and take a break! i have been thrown off the pc by my mum at 3am. does that count?
