what does close friend mean???

Hello nixitin. First of all, welcome to myLot. Close friends are someone that you could trust. They are the people that you can count on if you have problems or if you are in trouble. These people have an affection with you. You can treat them as your brothers and sisters. They are the one who is there always for you if you need some advices and if you are depressed. There are also some instances that you cannot really rely to your friend, even though your bonding with him or her is strong. As what you have described above, you are hesitant to tell your secrets with your close friends. You are thinking the possible reactions if you are going to tell them your problems and what you feel inside. My advice is that you have to be strong and never try to think about the negative possibilities. Always anticipate the good ones and have faith. If you think your close friend can be trust enough, then you could talk with him or her. I am sure that before you became close friends, you have already known the overall personality and behavior of your close friend, right? Some people will seem friendly to you but actually they might turn out to be parasites who are actually going to desert you when you think u need them. So to find out whom your real friend is I would suggest you actually ask him for help when you don't need any , for example , tell him that you need some urgent cash to pay your money lender, while u may not actually have to pay any money and see if he really ,at the least ,tries to provide you moral support . If he comes forward to help you then you know who your friend is but if he acts as if he never exists in this world then you know who is out of your friend list . Of course you may think this as doubting the integrity of your friend but you are actually doing some good for your friend too because if you find him to be genuine then your friend will have a person before him who doesn't doubt in his integrity anymore..........

close friend means is sharing everything helping each other and she/he still there for you.

i thi9nk everyone should have someone they can talk to. maybe find a friend you can.

You must learn to trust someone, or someone else will never trust you. That's life..what you give, you will earn it. I have many friends I trusted, they don't care about my background, my wealth,my bad habits.. the only thing we care is sharing happiness together. Remember, if you share happiness, you will get happiness. Find someone to trust..God created human for many things, but loneliness isn't one of them. That's why God give you friends to love.

Friendship should respect each other's privacy and in a healthier friendship there should be room for both of you to have your own lives. There are certain things that should belong only to you. Friendship is a two-way street,which means that both of you should give and take opinions and look out for each other.
