my youngest dog, i have 4 of them, keeps eating my sons toys and his shoes. I try and keep them up and out of the reach, but at times i just don't think of it. anyways, does anyone have any suggestions on how to control this situation? i am wasting money, because i have to keep buying my son shoes and toys that he loved. the vet says she will grow out of it, but when?

I'm not sure if our dogs have the same intention, because our dog before does something similar. Only he doesn't destroy the items, he just hides them somewhere so we will look for the missing things. He was fond of hiding our slippers, maybe because he noticed that we always wear slippers. He does it to get our attention and his style is very effective. Eventually he grew out of the habit when we got another dog to be his playmate.
