Young love, sweet love.. Love can really happen at any point in one's life. I want to share something, it's the experience of a friend who happen to marry her childhood sweetheart. I was actually one of the witnesses of the great love they have shared. They started as playmates in our childhood and formed a very wonderful friendship. That friendship eventually grew into love and their wedlock. They are happily married right now even though there are times that they do face some troubles. And with great love and friendship, they were still able to handle them. How I wish I could find my sweetie too, soon:-)

You've got a point. Love can really happen at any time in life. It is simply because, love knows no season nor age at all. Love is such a wonderful feeling that everyone is dying to experience it. And once you have it, you'll just say that you couldn't ask for more. I'm so happy to hear such story of childhood sweetheart that eventually led to marriage. They're so lucky to have found each other.

Indeed. I can still recall her and the happy moments. The most ironic part of all of it is, she loved me more than all of my more recent girls combined. I also hate it when people say the sweetheart love doesn't count. People like that know nothing.

Wow, that's sound so impressive! For me, reminiscing the good old days is very heartwarming ("v"). To feel love at a very early age is a gift because only a very few people do experience that. And you're right, it is really so annoying to hear people's reaction on "childhood sweetheart" thing. They just don't know how wonderful the feeling is because they have never felt that way in their lives.

Yes i have once a childhood sweetheart. We were being paired by the people around us. Since nursery we go to school together, eat together and go home together. WE play together and in everything, he is always my partner, from school programs to wedding flower girls. We have a lot of pictures together. and when I look at it... I just cant help but smile.
