How can you get rid of eye bags/ dark circles around your eyes??

hello dues8jam, dark circles under the eyes are an extremely common and distressing issue.they are a fact of life.they can be caused due to one of the four primary reasons:vasculature inflammation,late nights allergies,hormonal issues and nutritional deficiencies.heredity can be a main reason too.ofcourse there are a lot of side effects that causes dark circles like prolonged exposure to sunlight,lack of proper sleep,stress.but these can be avoided and prevented.so the best way is to eat,drink and sleep well,reduce stress and combat fatigue. i would like to suggest some tips for treating dark circles.here it goes: 1.drink atleast 10 glasses of water daily. 2.yoga can help you get rid of dark circles.do pranayam for 5 min daily. 3.massage dark circles with any cold cream before going to bed.almond oil can be highly beneficial,massage with it daily for 2 weeks.or you can use any moisturizer rich in avocado oil,vitamin K and E ans sesame. 4.dip cotton balls i rose water and keep it over eyes for 5-10 minutes. 5.you can cut cucumber into slices and place them under your eye or put the juice with cotton. 6.apply a paste of powdered almonds and milk under your eyes.or you can apply paste of turmeric with pineapple juice. 7.slurp this juice to get rid of those tainted circles.drink tomato juice with some mint leaves,lemon juice and salt. 8.eat food rich in vitamins and iron.include fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet. 9.use sunglasses while out in sun to protect your eyes from harmful rays. 10.you can also get gelatin from store.get 1tsp of it and to it add 1tsp of hot water.stir it and with a cotton ball apply it to the under eyes.keep it for 30 minutes. i hope i am of some help to you.you can follow these tips.i am sure you will get rid of them.good luck.

Make sure not to skip out on sleeping. Increase vitamin E intake. Don't sleep for too long either unless your body truly needs it.

When I start to get that, I will put on my glasses more often. Like when I am reading or at the computer. I would also try to sleep more regularly. 7 hours top. When I sleep to long my eyes look terrible. If you need to go out and look your best, it would be good to put some skin cover on the dark parts. Cover it up with the same color as your skin normally would be. Eat more good foods. Drink more water helps too. Good Luck.
