My friend lost weight of 12kg in 2 months!

Can you believe it? The mothod she lost weight is getting rid of her supper,he persisted for about 2 months,and then she lost 12kg! Did you have some lose weight experience?and did you succeed?

Well doing away with supper is a good way to lose wright because usually a per eats a big meal in the even then sits arounf for a few hours then goes to bed and doesn'tburn the food eaten late in the day. It's hard to do with out supper because if you have a family that is the one meal that you ususaly have togther.

Almost every girl want have a good stature.When they get fat ,they think all ways to lose weight.Most people around me tried to lose weight by getting rid of their supper.It very useful to lose weight if you can persist.But it do worse to our health.And your stomach will go bad.Sports are the best way to lose weight,you can run in the morning,and you can rope skipping.at the same time control you meals,eating less than usual.It will be useful. You can have a try!
