Hi there I am looking to find other muslims on mylot. I am fairly new to Islam, and just want to find some other mylotters that share the same religion. I live in america and there is a lot a prjudice agains Islam in general and alot of misconceptions and outright wrong ideas of how the religion works. But that is just how the propoganda has been here for many many years. I know that it was the way that I was brought up, with all of the misconceptions of Islam. Not untill my adult life, feeling lost, did I truly discover Islam and peace. So just wanted to see who else was here! Thanks!

Sorry I myself am not Muslim although a schoolfriend of mine is. Well I wish you luck finding people on here to share beliefs with :)

Assalamu aleykom warahtamullahi wabarakatu. May peace and blessings upon you all. I am also a muslim. Im very happy for you. Its very nice that people see the truth and not the negative things that media is making up with. Islam is a peaceful religion. Please visit www.scienceislam.com, you can see 9 scientist saying that Islam is the truth. There are many scientific facts in the Holy Quran which scientist have come to know now in the past years.

Why not let some scientists from other denominations have a go at it and see what they think?

I am muslim ... i'm sorry to hear that, I'm Indonesian muslim and muslim in this country muslims are the biggest religion... My parent muslim and all My family was muslim so perhaps I don't know... what you feel but that I know... Islam teach about peace and love... so about what you hear is truly lie... by the way this is happen because that happen in Newyork... I don't believe if that done by muslim... this truly false and please don't feeling lost because GOD always see and hear us also believe in GOD ... be strong and always pray... hope God always hear your pray
