How do i downgrade from premier account to personal account in Paypal?

You need not do it. To receive the payments from mylot, you need to have premier account in paypal. So nothing to worry, get the account verified by the paypal. Donot change it.

I had that happen to me too not long ago and I did talk to one of the customer service representative. He told me that it was too late and I can't downgrade, you can only go up and not down. I thought that was funny but I am stuck with the upgrade and there isn't anything that could be done to get rid of it now.
