Has anyone here done/or does weight watchers? Do you like it? What do you like/dislike about it? Has it been successful? I ask because we may be having meetings here at work and I was wonder what your experience has been!!

Yes, yes, and YES!!! WW is fantastic and kudos for your employer offering it at work!! I've been on WW for a little over a year and have lost 70 pounds. I LOVE the meetings - even though they are at 6:30am on Saturday mornings and the support and encouragement that we offer each other is a huge part of the success of WW. There are two different philosophies of WW at the moment - Flex (counting points and eating anything you want) and Core - eating from a very plentiful list of foods and not having to count points. I prefer Flex but many of my friends are on Core. We have all been successful. Let us know what you think!! Sharon

I did weight watchers at work. I liked it. When I did it they had the points system, now they also have another system but i'm not sure how it works. I lost 25 lbs during the 12 week program. It wasnt hard to do. With the points system you could eat whatever you wanted as long as you didn't go over your points for the day.

Weight Watchers helped me a great deal. I strongly recommend that you give it a try. I haven't been to a meeting in more than a year and I am still using the point system. I calculate the amount of food I eat on a daily basis. It is very, very helpful. What I like a great deal about WW is that you receive a great deal of support from the group members. I have attended WW meetings at my job and in my neighborhood. :) Oh, I forgot to mention that I lost the amount of weight that I wanted to lose. In the past year I have lost even more weight, I am happy to say. :)
