Has anyone here done/or does weight watchers? Do you like it? What do you like/dislike about it? Has it been successful? I ask because we may be having meetings here at work and I was wonder what your experience has been!!

I do not have diabetes . But most of my family and close friends do . They seem to cope extremely well, I personally dont think i could handle the restrictions , can you ?

Todd, Something comes clearly into view when a person is diagnosed as a diabetic. If we continue to live the life that lead us up to this diagnosis, it will destroy our kidneys and eyes, greatly increase the chance of amputations and puts us way up the list...
