What made you want to watch new movie ?

What attract me to see a new movie is my favorite actors are playing in it. Other than that, like you say, the trailer.

The trailer helps...to weed out the pyscho dramas and horrors for me! LOL I do NOT watch those at all...except by accident on cable ...I would never go to a theatre to watch one...thankfully no one has ever asked me to either! I always watch out for certain movies or certain actors...these days it's Tyler Perry, Sandra Bullock, Julie Andrews (Shrek movies...), Julia Roberts, George Clooney, Matthew McConnaughey (did I spell that properly?) or (in my fantasy) Michael T. Weiss and Andrea Parker! :) I hope I didn't leave any important names out...and then after that, if I don't recognise the names, I look at whether it's a romantic comedy or not...I tend to avoid dramas too...a bit...unless they have comedy in it too. After that, I also look at whether it was made from a book that I read and enjoyed...like the Lord of the Rings trilogy...and Howl's Moving Castle (from a Diana Wynn Jones book of the same name) which sadly never came to our big screens. Then...there are the movies your friends tell you...you HAVE to see this, and you're like...ok! And that has nothing to do with who is in it or what it is about...you trust your friends! That's how I was introduced to Shrek, btw. :)

Usually I watch the trailers & this gives me a good indication of of a movie. I do take notice of the actors, as some influence me more than others. Occasionally I read newspaper reviews on movies too.

I think the story it self mostly the one which attract me to watch a movie. If it is horror movie, I don't think I will jump into the chair and watch it. The second reason is probably the actor.

Because of I like to go to the movies very much , want to know a little up to the minute film information very much.

the actors of course.and the type of the movie.

Oh yes...the trailer and the tv commercials about the new movies coming out draw me in. And then, I will pay attention to if the movie is rated R, I might pass. But the trailers are made to encourage you to watch.

hello my dear friend . although I dont have more time to spend it over movies , but the main reson make me go to watch the films is to be near my dear friends , that is the rael reason , about me the friends more important than movies , nno mattar , that film talk about what but the real matter is to be with the lovely friends , then I wish to be with you to watch the next film , would you accept to accompany me to go to watch the film . best regard .

most of the time it's the actors and actresses that stars in the movie. it could also be the title and the storyline, or even the genre. i'm a sucker for love stories lol. the trailer could be an influence too, especially if i'm anticipating the movie, it will make me wanna watch it even more!

There are a lot of things that go into the play. First, the storyline is very important. If i dont like the plot, i would never want to watch it. But, secondly, the actors in the movie are also given importance. If it cast some great actors, then even if the plot is not too good, i would try to watch it. I usually dont rely on the trailers and all the movie trailers are made to attract people.

i like to watch love story and thrilling one because i feel like exiting and falling inlove so i like to watch a movie because the actor and actresses is so good

Maybe it's the actor that really attracts me. Sometimes the plots of the story can also attracts me.
