why so many boyrs addict to internet games

I don´t think is just boys. I´m totally addict on internet games (specialy MMORPGs), and i´m a girl. Hehehe. I don´t know why boys like more than girls of MMOPRGs... I have a lot of friends, boys and girls who are addict too. But, before i was most, now i don´t want play other game, i´m just addict on a chat 3d (IMVU.COM), and the money who i can get on MyLot i spend all on this chat! XDDDD~ Internet games are cool cuz we can meet people of all countries and make friends on a fun way, sometimes i don´t like when my friend are playing and don´t care about me, but i can understand him. I saw some girls who have a boyfriend addict on internet games too, it´s funny in really, other day i was playing and i saw a fight of a couple, the girl said: "or me or Ragnarok!", and the boy answer: "wait, i´m buffing the party", lol. (;

Sometimes its just the competition and drive of some gamers. I'll admit a few people do need to tone it down a bit.

Internet games are very easy to become addicted to and although my partner and I no longer play these games, we have many friends who do still spend hours online gaming. It isn't just boys either, one friend of mine has been playing role playing games on line for ages now and she will regularly spend a whole weekend online.

I am a BOY and I am NOT ADDICTED to internet games. Its not the gender that is affected but rather the individual. And liking something is different than addiction.

Boys are more likely to get addicted to computer games tan their female counterparts. I fell the males do not have the kind of stress management technique that women have. We always tend to find a place to run away to - sometimes a place of fantasy where we are king and there is no prejudice. This kind of world is sometimes found in games.
